About SoulFire

SoulFire’s Bio

We’re all bozos on the bus, so might as well sit back and enjoy the ride.” ~Wavy Gravy, Peace Activist, Agent of Change through Humor

I am not much different than you — I experience ups and downs, the downs sometimes more than the ups, fumbling and plodding though life-trying to figure it all out-while trying to find some sort of semblance of happiness.

The only difference, maybe, is that for me, after a lifetime of searching, I finally found my healing, my inner truth, real freedom and lasting  inner peace. And wouldn’t you know — it was inside of me the whole time! What a co-inky dink!

It wasn’t easy, I’m not going to lie. The path of awakening is an arduous one, but worth it- in every way. I heard some good advice once: “Teach what you know.” Well what I know is how to transform separation, pain and suffering into healing, wholeness and freedom. My life is my teaching.

My book, Fearless Freedom: Becoming SoulFire, is about my journey, both through the dark and into the light; it’s about my struggles, adversities and all the heartbreak I endured, but also tells of the way out.

Who am I? I am just a girl, an evolving spiritual-human being living my life the best way I know how, trying to maintain a state of happiness, inner freedom and peace while guiding and helping others to do the same.

I specialize in working with people one on one because of my intuitive nature I can read your “flame,” and guide you to the modalities and tools to help you on your healing journey. We are all in this together. As you heal, the world heals.

I express my spirituality through my physicality; therefore, I am very physical and very spiritual. I am a teacher, counselor and healer by nature.

Some words that best describe me: Compassionate Warrior, Healer of the Hands, Soul Fire Engager, Gate Opener, Faith-Based Healer, Medicine Woman, Queen of Transformation

I am most proud of being a single Mom and raising a beautiful healthy daughter (even though she was a pain in my butt!) I am proud of giving up a six figure career and taking a risk by going after the dreams in my heart. I am proud of healing myself: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. And most recently, I am proud of writing and publishing my vulnerable autobiography for the world to read.

My motto: Never Give Up

I believe in being impeccable with your word. I believe in walking your talk. I believe in kindness and generosity. I live my life by these values.

If you want to find out more about who I am and how I stay inspired, read my spiritual memoir Fearless Freedom: Becoming SoulFire.

Please send me a line, it gets lonely out here on the world wide web! Namaste and Peace.

About SoulFire

My Thank Yous

All have given me pearls of wisdom and inspiration

My Thank Yous

In deep love and appreciation for all of my yoga teachers, in this realm and the spirit realm; some I’ve studied with for many months and years, some only for a few hours; but all have given me pearls of wisdom and inspiration. I’ve studied with many and learned from them all. Thank you to all of my yoga students, who are in truth my teachers as well. Your love, support, own growth and encouragement have been a blessing on my path. Because of you I am inspired to keep on keepin on and to continue to grow and evolve on my journey as well. We are all in this together!

Laura Peragallo is the brilliant web designer who brought my vision to the light for all the world to see.

Dana Livoti is the intuitive that brings the messages from my angels to me. I am so grateful for her gifts and dedication to the Light and to have her in my life.

Ignite Your SoulfireLisa Mintz is the talented artist that designed my new logo. My logo represents an artistic version of a sunflower. The Sunflower represents, “Owning our divinity.” Becoming our God-selves, a chalice of wisdom, power and love in perfect and balanced action. The center is the new Yin/Yang for the New Earth, which came to me in a dream. If you notice there is no longer duality/polarity or black and white; it is white for Unity consciousness—our true spiritual essence—and the little black dot in the corner represents our humanity. The circle represents the sacred circle of giving and receiving, of in-breathing and out-breathing, the circle of life in which all living things come to life through the power of the Creator Mother/Father God. Sacred Geometry with the Fibonacci Sequence is seen in the center, which demonstrates the interconnectedness and Oneness of all living things. The twelve flames or petals of the sunflower represent the twelve new chakra colors we will be embracing as we ascend into our light bodies back to unity consciousness. Coalesce, Unite, Soar, Fly, Be Free, One Love.

“If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you, it will be enough.”
~ Meister Eckhart

Prayer of St. Francis

“Lord, make me an instrument of thy peace.
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
Where there is injury, pardon;
Where there is doubt, faith;
Where there is despair, hope;
Where there is darkness, light;
Where there is sadness, joy.”

“O divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek
To be consoled as to console,
To be understood as to understand,
To be loved as to love;
For it is in giving that we receive;
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
It is in dying that we are born to eternal life.”
